So one meal a day at night….one 600 calorie meal after a 500 calorie burning cardio work out. The pangs in my stomach are a pleasant remind of the journey I’ve started. Water all
day and all night. And while minty gum fights the gluttonous pangs : the reminder of ”hunger” I fear passing out on my way home after work in the city traffic and pedestrians so I suppose I’ll drink see flavorful tasty water to boost my energy until 8…sounds decent right?
